About

Colette Pollauf is a student journalist and photojournalist at Northeastern University.
She works for The Scope: Boston, a digital magazine which focuses on stories of social justice in Greater Boston. She is a member of the news staff and formerly held the position of deputy photo editor at The Huntington News, Northeastern’s only independent student newspaper, at which she has covered stories from local political elections to theater and culture. Last year, she worked for Nicole Chan Photography as  photographer and videographer in her first co-op position. Since moving from Baltimore to Boston to attend Northeastern as a journalism Honors student, Colette has become passionate about politics and activism, using her work to create a voice for marginalized communities.
